On Sunday, March 11, ScooterPower and Maxiscoot joined forces to welcome drag and circuit racers to the International Karting Track in Salbris to do the traditional first event of the season – Open Day!

The sun played along and attracted many riders who could use the two open tracks to do their pre-season test runs and check their engines and adjust their settings on our free test bench.

After the obligatory technical inspections all pilots in all disciplines and on all levels – drag, circuit and kart – took off to the tracks to get their adrenaline up, as always under perfect racing conditions on the 100m drag strip and the 1,500m circuit track.

This year, we introduced a live facebook journal so fans and pilots who couldn’t make it had the option to enjoy the race from home.

After this awesome kick-off day, the next race day in Salbris is scheduled for April 21 and 22, for the first leg of the Drag Challenge 2018, Drag Day #1! We recommend to register online to save money and time.
